Multi-Tenant Facility

A new 30,000 sq foot multi-tenant facility is currently in development at the Bradford Regional Airport within the Aviation Business Center (ABC). The facility will consist of 3 cells (15,000 sq ft, 10,000 sq ft, and 5,000 sq ft), each with their own separate loading docs. We are currently looking for tenants to fill this facility. All utilites are in place and the building can be equipped with fiber optic lines. There are many benefits to locating your business on the grounds of the airport including easy access to state and US routes, easy travel in and out of the area, and KOZ tax benefts and foreign trade zone tax benefits.
